The Difference Between Wear-On Nails and Traditional Manicures.
Wear-on nails involve painting designs on pre-made nail tips and applying them by adhesive. Traditional manicures, on the other hand, require direct application to the nails (trimming, buffing, applying glue, etc.). Wear-on nails are less damaging to the natural nail and are suitable for short-term use or special occasions.
Suitable People and Scenarios
Teachers, doctors, students, and those whose professions restrict access to manicures, as well as pregnant women and those who need to attend temporary events, can use wear-on nails for a flexible manicure. We recommend choosing custom hand-painted designs (which are more expensive) or mass-printed designs (which offer a better value).
Usage and Maintenance
High-quality wear nails can be reused for three months to one year. The duration of a single application depends on the strength of the nail and usage habits. After removal, use a nail polish containing vitamin E to nourish the nail and avoid frequent contact with chemical cleaners.
Sizing Tips
Use a soft tape measure to measure the widest part (mid-section) of your bare nail, following the curvature of the nail surface. Avoid measuring while you've already had a manicure or applied gel nail polish. If the nail tip doesn't fit, gently sand it to adjust.
How to Remove Wear Nails?
Removing the nail tip is simple. Use the small wooden stick included in the tool kit to pry open the small opening, spray it with 95% alcohol, and soak it for a while. The tip will then be easily removed.
